Refund and Return Policy

Return Policy for Colanes

Thank you for shopping at colanes.com.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your stock purchase, we’re here to help.  

Our products can be returned within 10 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. A restocking fee may apply.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 10 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging. The product isn’t used or damaged. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  • Sales items and custom size products are not eligible for return

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or intimate or sanitary items cannot be returned.  Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
Shipping Returns

Buyers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.  Please contact us before you send the product:  By phone 404-606-6448 or by email service@colanes.com.  Send the product with its original packing to: 3547 Mortons Landing, Ellenwood, Ga 30294

Refunds

All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition.  Therefore, we have two refund options in place:

  • Refund as store credit.  Store credit does not apply to non-returnable items as stated above, and can only be used towards future purchases at any time. Only a registered account is required.  Use the menu item ‘My Account’ to register.
  • Refund to the original payment method with a 15% restocking fee.  Every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved.  

When approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@colanes.com and we’ll advise you of and how to return the item(s).  PLEASE NOTE:  Intimate items can’t be returned or exchanged (for health/hygiene reasons) ASLO wigs can’t be returned or exchanged (for health/hygiene reasons).  All our products are brand new.
